Does it fit my shower?

Yes — NILAYA uses a universal 1/2" connection that fits standard UAE shower arms and handheld hoses. Installation takes under 2 minutes, no tools, no plumber.

How long does a cartridge last?

3 to 4 months for daily use (based on average water flow for one to two people). You'll notice the water feel change when it's time to replace.

Will it reduce my water pressure?

No. The filter is engineered for high-flow showers — you keep your full rainfall pressure.

What exactly does it filter?

The 5-stage system targets sediment, chlorine, hardness-related residues and impurities common in UAE desalinated water — a sediment layer, KDF-55 alloy, calcium sulfite (the most effective anti-chlorine media in hot water), activated carbon, and a final vitamin C stage.

How fast is delivery?

Next day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 6 PM. Dubai and Abu Dhabi often receive same-day dispatch.

What if I don't see a difference?

You have 30 days. If your hair doesn't feel visibly softer and shinier, contact us for a full refund — no questions, no drama.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Not yet — NILAYA is engineered for and delivered in the UAE only for now.
