Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV)

Article 1 - Objet Les présentes conditions générales de vente (CGV) régissent l'ensemble des ventes de produits effectuées sur le site web SeikoMod (ci-après "le Site"). Elles définissent les droits et obligations des parties dans le cadre de la vente de montres et accessoires personnalisés.

Article 2 - Produits Les produits proposés à la vente sont présentés sur le Site avec leurs descriptions et leurs caractéristiques essentielles. Les photographies sont illustratives et ne sont pas contractuelles.

Article 3 - Orders Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided before validation.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment Product prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or any other means indicated on the Site. An order is only validated after receipt of payment.

Article 5 - Delivery The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and the carriers. The Site cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carriers.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, except for personalized products which are neither returned nor exchanged.

Article 7 - Returns and Refunds Any return must be requested in advance by e-mail and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product.

Article 8 - Guarantees The products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects. Any claim must be made by e-mail with supporting documents (photos, description of the problem, etc.).

Article 9 - Liability The Site cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products purchased. The Site's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 - Protection of Personal Data The personal information collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and is under no circumstances transferred to third parties without consent.

Article 11 - Disputes and Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the law in force. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
