Refund conditions

Article 1 - Right of withdrawal In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

However, this right does not apply to personalized products which are manufactured according to the customer's specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 2 - Return procedure

  1. Any return request must be made by email to [email address] specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. A confirmation and return instructions will be sent to the customer via email.

  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without signs of use, accompanied by all possible accessories.

  4. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order.

Article 3 - Reimbursement deadlines and terms In accordance with article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment provided by the customer.

The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Article 4 - Defective or non-compliant products In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has 30 days after receipt to report the problem to [email address]. An exchange or refund procedure will be put in place after verification of the non-compliance.

In this case, the return costs will be covered by our company and a prepaid slip will be provided to the customer.

Article 5 - Exceptions to reimbursement The following items are neither returned nor reimbursed, except in the event of a manufacturing defect:

  • Customized products according to customer requests.

  • Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.

  • Products returned incomplete or in damaged packaging.
